<p>At <strong>SIBILLAE</strong>, each piece is selected with reverence. Because of the nature of our curated vintage collection, returns are handled with care and intention.</p>

<h3>🜂 One-of-a-Kind Policy</h3>
<p>All our pieces are vintage and unique, and as such, cannot be replaced with identical items. Each order is a singular act of trust and selection.</p>

<h3>🕯 Eligibility for Return</h3>
<p>We accept returns within <strong>14 days</strong> of delivery if the item:</p>

  <li>Was significantly misrepresented</li>
  <li>Arrived damaged or defective</li>
</ul>
<p>To be eligible, items must be:</p>
<ul>
  <li>In the same condition as received</li>
  <li>Unworn and unused</li>
  <li>Returned in original packaging</li>
</ul>
<p>We do not accept returns based on change of mind.</p>

<h3>📩 How to Request a Return</h3>
<p>To initiate a return, please email us at <strong>support@sibillae.com</strong> with:</p>

  <li>Your order number</li>
  <li>Photographs if damage is claimed</li>
  <li>A short explanation of the reason for return</li>

<p>Our team will respond within 3 business days.</p>

<h3>💸 Refunds</h3>
<p>If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within <strong>5–10 business days</strong> from receipt of the returned item.</p>
<p><strong>Shipping costs are non-refundable.</strong></p>

<h3>🚚 Return Shipping Costs</h3>
<p>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, <strong>except in cases where</strong>:</p>

  <li>The item was damaged during transit</li>
  <li>There was a significant error in the product description</li>

<p>In such cases, we will provide a return label at no cost to you.</p>

<h3>❌ Non-Returnable Items</h3>

  <li>Items worn or altered by the customer</li>
  <li>Pieces sold under private sale agreements or exclusive rituals</li>
</ul>
<p>We reserve the right to deny refunds if the above conditions are not met.</p>
